Glad this helped! As far as going to the host page without specifying the port number, if you type in, for example, help.yourdomain.com, by default it will go to port 80. Some browsers will go to port 443 by default if “force https” is enabled. What I do is perform a redirect. I have my web server host help.mydomain.com and then on index.php I redirect to my ScreenConnect port, help.mydomain.com:32123. If you dont’ have a web server and don’t want to set one up, you could use bit.ly, tinyurl.com, or kutt.it,to redirect to your ScreenConnect page.
